How we handle your address

The privacy notice for the Build Your Exit mailing list.

Build Your Exit is run by Ronaldo Pavic, trading as Build Your Exit, in Ireland, who is responsible for your address as its data controller.

We keep your email address, the date you signed up and which version of this notice you saw. Nothing else: no name, no tracking, no cookies.

We use it to send you the Exit Note, one short, practical email a week from Ronnie, and to tell you when Build Your Exit opens. We rely on your consent to do that. We will not sell your address or use it for anything else.

Our website host (Vercel), database (Neon, in the EU) and email service (Postmark) handle it for us, only on our instructions. Our website host and email service may process it outside the European Economic Area, under a lawful transfer mechanism such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it deletes your address. You can also write to hello@buildyourexitnow.com to see, correct or delete it, or to withdraw your consent. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
