Help
Email is the way in, and a person reads it.
Write from the address on your account where you can — it saves a round trip proving who you are. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, include the order number from your billing page.
The sign-in link hasn’t arrived
Links last 60 minutes and work once. Asking for a new one cancels the old one, so if you have requested a few, only the most recent will work — open that one.
- Check spam and, in Gmail, the Promotions tab.
- Make sure you used the same address you signed up with. There is no password, so the address is the account.
- Work email can silently swallow these. A personal address is more reliable, and given what this site is about, probably the one you want anyway.
- Still nothing? Email us and we will sort it out by hand.
A payment problem
If a payment failed, nothing was charged and you can try again from your billing page.
If money left your account but the tool did not appear, do not pay again. That is ours to fix and it usually clears on its own within a few minutes. If it has not cleared by the next day, email us with the order number.
Want to cancel or get your money back? The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out your rights, including the statutory withdrawal period. Email us and we will walk you through it.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Both are buttons on your account. Requests are handled by a person rather than instantly by the software, so allow a few days, and we will confirm by email before anything is deleted.
If you have been refunded for something, export it first — that work is kept for seven days after a refund and then removed. That retention period is a technical one and is separate from your statutory rights: it never shortens them. Privacy sets out what is held and for how long.
If things are heavier than a work problem
This site cannot help with that, and it will not pretend to. Where to find support lists free services in Ireland, most of them open at any hour.
